Web Based Tracking and Tracing
Integrity Logistics is pleased to provide our customers with 24 hour, 7 day access to information about their shipment(s) tendered to us. In order to utilize this service, please follow this simple procedure:
1. Obtain the Integrity Logistics Trip #
This can be accomplished by contacting any of our customer service reps by either email or phone. Please note: This number is automatically assigned by our system at the moment we confirm and dispatch the carrier to pick up. Therefore, it is not available at the time of tendering a shipment to us.
2. Enter the Trip Number
A 5 digit number obtained in step 1.
3. Click the “Find Trip” Button
After a momentary pause, the latest information in our system will be displayed on your screen. If you have additional trips to trace, simply move the curser back to the “enter trip number” field and repeat the procedure.
